PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal
data will be processed by our company, in its capacity as Data Controller, by using,
recording, storing, storing, updating, transferring and/or classifying your personal data
within the framework described below, depending on the business purposes. In this
context, in accordance with the Laws and Regulations regulated by our company in order
to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of
private life, and to protect personal data, we take all technical and administrative
measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful
processing of your personal data, to prevent unlawful access and to ensure its protection.
Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data

your rights in accordance with Article 10 of the “Personal Data Protection Law”
numbered 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, and to specify the procedures and

- What is Personal Data?
Within the scope of KVKK, personal data refers to any information relating to an identified
or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”) and Personal Data of Special Nature,
which is a special type of this, refers to your data on race, ethnic origin, political opinion,
philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, disguise and dress, association,
foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security
measures, and your biometric and genetic data (“Personal Data of Special Nature”). The

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your

Limited Şirketi (“Company” or “Simer”) as the data controller within the scope described
below. - Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
Our Company may collect personal data from parties such as its customers,

relationships, - Measuring customer satisfaction, complaint management, receiving your opinions and
suggestions regarding new services and products, informing you about products and
services, complaints and requests, - To carry out administrative operations for communication carried out by our company,
- To comply with the information retention, reporting and information obligations
stipulated by official institutions within the scope of the relevant legislation
provisions, and to fulfill the legal obligations we are subject to regarding the use of

budgeting), internal system and application management operations, legal operations
in order to determine and implement the commercial and business strategies of our

other third parties, - To carry out the human resources policies of our company,
- To examine, evaluate and respond to requests from official authorities or you, your
information will be processed within the Personal Data Processing Terms and
purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
- Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and based
on different legal reasons; in order to improve the products and services we offer and to
carry out our commercial activities. Your personal data collected for this legal reason
can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Article 3 of this
Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and
purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
Your personal data will be processed by taking all necessary information security
measures, provided that they are not used outside the purposes and scope notified to
you, and will be stored and processed for the legal retention period or, if no such period
is stipulated, for the period required by the purpose of processing. When this period
expires, your personal data will be removed from our company’s data streams by
deletion, destruction or anonymization methods. - Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 By
applying to our Company, your personal data;

- Object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment due to analysis exclusively
by automated systems, - If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing, you have the right to
demand compensation for the damage.

the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations regarding the
right you want to use, stating which of your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law
