Sales Engineer

Simer Sanayi was founded in 2004 by Fatih Simer. We are a dealer of Spain Tycsa Strand. In 2004, only the strand was sold by Simer, while the other soil improvement products were sold. With our product variety, strong distribution network and years of expertise, we provide our consumers with quality products at a reasonable price as we bring value to their lives. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Industrial, Mechanical or Civil Engineering)
  • 3 to 5 years Sales Engineering experience in Steel Industry is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Able to do cold calling to customers
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Ability to travel within the region to accommodate resale partner events, meetups, and / or customer engagements.
  • Advanced level of English to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses while working to tight deadlines and challenging targets
  • Superior presentation and creativity skills,
  • Confident, fast learner and result-oriented
  • Hardworking, and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results,
  • Action-oriented with a very strong initiative to be successful.
  • Strong ability and interest in market research

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supporting Sales Manager with solution selling into prospect account base
  • Planning, preparing and executing on strategic deals in complex sales cycles with Sales Manager
  • Modeling the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
  • Driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D for future product enhancements,
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints
  • Develop sales strategy along with execution plan to drive customer engagement and growth within territory
  • Identify and develop new markets, business opportunities and customers.
  • Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
  • Ensure customer retention.
  • Perform advanced technical presentations and demonstrations for customers, and prospects in person.
  • Represent Simer at conferences, industry, customer workshops and sales events when requested.
  • Retain a competent level of knowledge and technical hands-on experience across Simer products, solutions and sales proposition
  • Maintain current knowledge via internal webinars, case studies, training and all other resources
